- Corrected the hyperlink in the README file to remove an unnecessary character.
- Added a robots meta tag to the index.html file to preventsearch engines from
indexing or following the page.
- Updated the README.md to include a link to the portfolio website.
- Modified index.html to add links to the portfolio project in both
French and English sections.
